HD 3200 head
A single head at 2400 DPI holds fine text and small logo detail on a label the size of a thumb.
Raised TPU and PU labels for shoes, bags, jackets and kidswear, printed in house with CMYK, white and varnish. No plate making, no minimum quantity, no die cost for a colour change.
TPU label printing prints a brand label or badge directly onto TPU or PU material using UV ink in CMYK plus white and varnish, with adjustable ink thickness that produces a flat or a raised 3D label. It replaces the plate-based label production most garment and footwear brands outsource today. The A3 machine Axis supplies prints at 2400 DPI on a 300 mm width, runs at 1.8 square metres per hour at 8 pass, and needs only a 220V 700W single phase point. Typical output is labels and badges for shoes, bags, jackets, kidswear and accessories.
Because a label vendor sets your delivery date, your minimum quantity, and the cost of changing your mind.
Print straight from the file. A design change costs you nothing, so sampling stops being an expense.
Run 20 labels or 2000. No vendor minimum, no dead stock of last season's badge.
Build the ink up for a raised, embossed label, or keep it flat. Same machine, 2 different products.
Shoes, bags, clothing and accessories. Team badges, brand tags, size marks, care labels.

White ink keeps mixing and moving, which is what stops it settling and blocking the head.

Support starts on the call, not on the visit. Ring us in working hours and an engineer takes your operator through it live, on phone or on video, while the machine is in front of him. Most stoppages clear on that call. When it needs hands on the machine, an engineer travels: 24 to 48 hours, same day or next day in metro and tier 1 cities, up to 3 days for remote locations, from a team of 48 people across 11 cities.
Call in working hours and an engineer diagnoses it with you on the spot, over phone or video. For a unit with a shipment tomorrow, even 24 hours is too long to wait, so the first fix attempt happens now.
For anything the call cannot fix. Same or next day in metro and tier 1 cities. Up to 3 days remote. 48 people across 11 cities.
Your operator sends a nozzle test to our group every morning. We catch a clogged head before it becomes a stopped machine.
We install the machine and run your own designs on your own material, so you see the real output before you sign off.
Ink, film, powder, heads and spare parts stay in stock here. Buying the machine in India means you can keep running it in India.
DTF, TPU label, embroidery and flocking are all supported by the same engineers on the same terms. You do not chase 4 suppliers.
A TPU label printer prints CMYK plus white and varnish directly onto TPU or PU material to make raised, flexible brand labels and badges for shoes, bags and garments. Because the design comes straight from the file, there is no plate cost and no die cost when the design or colour changes.
The A3 UV Transfer Label DTF Printer runs 1.8 square metres per hour at 8 pass with a single HD 3200 head at 2400 DPI. On small labels that is a large number of pieces per hour, and the machine runs unattended while your operator does something else.
Yes. Ink thickness is adjustable, so the same machine produces a flat label or a raised embossed one. That single control is what lets one machine serve 2 different product lines.
TPU and PU. Colour configuration is CMYK plus white plus varnish, running on UV ink with a 450 ml capacity.
220V, 50/60Hz, 700W. That is an ordinary single phase point, so the machine fits into the corner of an existing unit without an electrical upgrade.
Because a label vendor sets your delivery date and your minimum quantity. In house, a sample costs you ink and 10 minutes instead of a vendor order and a week, and a design change costs nothing because there is no plate to remake.
Our sales team calls you back with the price, the delivery time and the document list your bank asks for.
Send us a photo of the label you buy today. We will print it and show you.
